These jeans are made from 14oz original denim woven on the renowned Toyoda G3 shuttle loom, utilising Supima cotton celebrated for its exceptional softness, durability, and glossy finish, which guarantees both comfort and durability.
The Toyoda G3 loom, a unique machine introduced over 50 years ago, creates distinctively rugged, textured denim with even yarn distribution. Its maintenance is complicated due to the scarcity of replacement parts and its limited output of just 5 metres of fabric per hour. Nevertheless, select Japanese brands uphold the G3 loom's legacy, crafting original denim of unmatched quality and character.
The slim straight fit features a mid-rise waist, providing a timeless and adaptable silhouette. Noteworthy details include original brand-engraved iron buttons, copper rivets, a green tab on the back pocket, and a premium zipper made in the USA—each an indicator of exceptional quality and careful craftsmanship. These jeans are unsanforized but have undergone one washing, ensuring there will be no further shrinkage.
